Do You Remember When…
…the Onion was funny? I sure do. Use to have very intelligent satire. The work was so good it was hard to tell if some articles were true or not. But then beer companies started advertising with them and now it panders to a low denominator making more using of bathroom jokes and less irony and satire . Kind of like the Simpsons. The show began with lots of clever reference but eventually degenerated into the Homer Simpson does crazy and stupid shit show.

The Onion is still around?
I think I left it in 1998.
Of course, knowing me, it was probably because it was getting mainstream popular, and I had to rebel and move onto something more underground.
