		<description>Sleet is rain that freezes on the way down. Snow is water vapor that turns directly into ice crystals. Both require cold weather, but different atmospheric conditions. If anything, this is more evidence that climate patterns around the world are changing due to what many call global warming. So thanks Steve, I coulnd't have come up with better evidence of the rapidly changing climate.

In other news, it is January 11 and the weather in the triangle has been surprisingly warm with temperatures between 60 and 70 all week. It's January and I'm comfortable outside in short sleeves.</description>
